Indie Worldwide community gets acquired and latest deals from the marketplace

Selling a large community is no easy thing to do. It’s a very different proposition to selling a SaaS - but not impossible.

A highlight of this week was the acquisition of indie maker community Indie Worldwide by Ramen Club.

How much is a community worth? A general rule of thumb for selling a community is roughly between 1x ARR and 3x ARR in todays market.
