Step 1: Buy a profitable business (4x EBITDA)
Step 2: Find out the growth channels that work and double down on them
Step 3: Fix any growth channels that aren’t working (or remove them from your focus)
Step 4: Take subsequent returns (usually at least 25%) and reinvest them into another acquisition
Then, you either grow it successfully or, at the very least, maintain its revenues and profit levels.
